Tying to get pregnant? Must read

This is a sponsored post.
Infertility means not being able to get pregnant after one year of trying (or six months if a woman is 35 or older). Women who can get pregnant but are unable to stay pregnant may also be referred to as infertile. If you're struggling to get pregnant, discouraged or feeling angry for not being able to conceive despite all your efforts... Then you need to Read this post. => http://soundhealthmatters.com
Are you having any of the following problems?

-- Irregular Menstrual Cycles
-- Delayed Periods
-- Endometriosis
-- Ovarian Cyst
-- Miscarriages
-- High Prolactin

-- Fibroid
-- Hormonal Imbalances
-- Low Sexual Drive

-- Weak erection

-- Low sperm count

-- Female/Male diabetes

Then, ensure you read this post carefully.

Pregnancy is the result of a process that has many steps and the steps are as follows;

A woman’s body must release an egg from one of her ovaries (ovulation).
The egg must go through a fallopian tube toward the uterus (womb).
A man’s sperm must join with (fertilize) the egg along the way.
The fertilized egg must attach to the inside of the uterus (implantation).

Is infertility just a woman’s problem?

No, infertility is not always a woman’s problem. Both women and men can have problems that cause infertility. About one-third of infertility cases are caused by women’s problems. Another one third of fertility problems are due to the man. The other cases are caused by a mixture of male and female problems or by unknown problems.

What Causes Infertility In Men?

Infertility in men is most often caused by:

A problem called varicocele. This happens when the veins on a man’s testicle(s) are too large. This heats the testicles. The heat can affect the number or shape of the sperm.
Other factors that cause a man to make too few sperm or none at all.
Movement of the sperm. This may be caused by the shape of the sperm. Sometimes injuries or other damage to the reproductive system block the sperm.

What Increases a Man’s Risk of Infertility?

A man’s sperm can be changed by his overall health and lifestyle. Some things that may reduce the health or number of sperm include:

Heavy alcohol use
Drugs
Smoking cigarettes
Environmental toxins, including pesticides and lead
Health problems such as mumps, serious conditions like kidney disease, or hormone problems
Medicines
Diabetes
Radiation treatment and chemotherapy for cancer

What Causes Infertility in Women?

Most cases of female infertility are caused by problems with ovulation. Without ovulation, there are no eggs to be fertilized. Some signs that a woman is not ovulating normally include irregular or absent menstrual periods.

Ovulation problems are often caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is a hormone imbalance problem which can interfere with normal ovulation. PCOS is the most common cause of female infertility. Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) is another cause of ovulation problems. POI occurs when a woman’s ovaries stop working normally before she is 40. POI is not the same as early menopause. Another 10% of ovulatory dysfunction is caused by Hypothalamic Amenorrhea. Hypothalamic Amenorrhea is a condition in which ovulation stops due to a problem involving the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is an area of the brain that produces hormones that control many bodily functions.

Less common causes of fertility problems in women include:

Blocked fallopian tubes due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or surgery for an ectopic pregnancy
Physical problems with the uterus
Uterine fibroids, which are non-cancerous clumps of tissue and muscle on the walls of the uterus.

What Things Increase a Woman’s Risk of Infertility?

Many things can change a woman’s ability to have a baby. These include:

Age
Smoking
Excess alcohol use
Stress
Poor diet
Being overweight or underweight
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
Health problems that cause hormonal changes,
such as polycystic ovarian syndrome and primary ovarian insufficiency

Some health problems also increase the risk of infertility. So, women should talk to their doctors if they have:

Irregular periods or no menstrual periods
Very painful periods
Endometriosis
Pelvic inflammatory disease
More than one miscarriage

storage issues on infinix hot 2 fixed.

Okay for those of us using infinix hot 2 we all know that after the marshmallow update all the files like music and videos were lost and they were still taking space. This problem has been fixed with an system update of about 14mb.
you can download this update on the 27th March 2016, but if you really want to download it just change your phone date to 27th and download it.
Some of the improvement I've seen is the update stopped the lagging issue, fixed the contact name not showing when they are calling,  and also help show all of your files while we're inaccessible due to the marshmallow update. It's a good one.

As the threats continue to grow, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) urges his siblings to lay low at the compound while Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) and Josh (guest star Steven Krueger) chase down a lead involving a mysterious vampire named Sofya (guest star Taylor Cole), who may have the answers they're looking for. Elsewhere, Klaus and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) seek shelter with her former pack and stumble upon some unsettling news involving the threat against them.

Warning: Potential spoilers ahead

The show's upcoming episodes will focus on the Mikaelson sibling rivalry as Kol will face-off against his brother Finn, who has also returned from the dead – Finn was responsible for Kol's death. Also, Klaus and Hayley, who were not in town in the previous episode, will receive some unsettling news.

Meanwhile, the latest promo shows Freya telling Elijah, "Finn's return is an opportunity to fix what's broken." While Elijah is not amused at his sister's suggestion, he says, "How can you be certain?" The scene changes to Elijah taunting Finn, "How was hell? Is it warm this time of year?"

A newly resurrected Kol is determined to help Klaus hinting at Vincent, "...that he [Vincent] is luring Nick's enemies out". Then we see a lot of fight scenes between Finn, Davina and Kol, as Marcel points out, "The phrase siblings rivalry is about to take on a whole new meaning."

Glo bis comonth subscription increased.

Just recently my subscription expired and so I recharged 1000, and text comonth to 777, and behold I got a reply saying.
Sorry, you do not have enough credit. Please recharge your line and Dial *777# to buy a BB Plan. I was amazed because I'd always renewed my subscription using this process, so I decided to recharge another 500, and retried it and it worked, I was left with 100naira my account balance, that means the subscription fees have been increased from 1000 to 1400.
I know this is news that no one wants to hear especially those using Android that tweak their imei, but hey who can complain, it's still cheaper than other android sub.
But Glo did a poor job not informing their customers.
